A few days ago I attempted a pulled pork. I made it the same as I always do, as I have posted, and it’s fantastic! Well, not this time. Terrible! Tough, blah and dry (we’re talking Griswold turkey dry). I went on the hunt for recipes that may make this pot of shoe leather edible.
I decided to go with a Cast Iron Cuban Casserole from Grilling24x7. It looked amazing! One of my favourite, pre-keto, sandwiches from a local restaurant was their Cuban, so I thought I would give it a try. It had to be better.

This was delicious! One bite in, and I was taken back to sitting in that restaurant eating my favourite sandwich.
Give it a try. I highly recommend it! If it can turn that terrible pork that I ruined into this delicious masterpiece, I can’t imagine how good it would be with a good pulled pork!
